Sun MVG Membership Registration

At Carnival City Casino we use the Sun MVG loyalty programme as our core registration system for regular guests. With one membership you earn points, receive targeted offers and unlock rewards at all Sun International properties in South Africa. Registration is available online through the Sun International website or in person at any Sun MVG desk inside our casino.

If you start online, you complete a digital form on the official portal first. Once those details are submitted, you still need to visit a Sun MVG desk at Carnival City Casino or another Sun International property with your ID so that our team can confirm your identity and activate your physical card. When you prefer to register in person, you simply fill in a paper form at the desk and present your ID on the spot.

In both cases you receive exactly the same Sun MVG card, and it only becomes active after the identity check is done. The card connects directly to your profile, tracks your play and updates your rewards balance as you go. When you insert or present the card at slot machines or tables, the system records your gaming activity and calculates points based on how much and how long you play.

Required Documents

If you forget your PIN, you can request a reset at the desk or via customer service. We will need to confirm your identity and may ask you a few security questions. When you choose a new PIN, avoid obvious combinations and do not share it with other people, even family or friends.
